Additional Costs

| Additional Time | All events are scheduled in a four hour block (half hour for set up and an hour for break down are built into the four hours). Additional hours may be purchased - we do not charge extra for caterers to come earlier outside the four hour block. | $125 per hour |
| Red Wine | For weddings, the Main House may be used for the cocktail hour reception. If red wine or anything with red dyes are served, there will be an automatic carpet cleaning fee added to the invoice. | $700 |
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Should your group need to cancel your event, the Residence must receive written notification. The usage fee, due no later than 30 days prior to your event, is non-refundable. If you cancel your event after the usage fee has been paid, you may apply the amount to a future event, minus any expenses which may have been incurred by the Governor’s Residence prior to our receipt of your written cancellation.
Although unlikely, should the Governor's Office need urgent/emergency use of the Residence, we reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. In that case you will receive a full refund.
